Project description:

The project is a natural stage of the company’s development, having its dimension in modernizing the company’s operations. Conducting industrial research and development works through the development of the R & D department will allow to create innovation. The main goal of the project is to conduct research and development works in the enterprise Luxon Sp.z o.o. the result will be the creation of a series of intelligent lighting fixtures for the industry, a power supply with TCM sensors and API software.

Planned effects of the project:

The project will contribute to the introduction of Luxon sp. Z o.o. product and process innovation, as well as contribute to the potential of the R & D department of the company, and then the implementation of new innovative products. These activities have contributed to increasing the company’s competitiveness, increasing the sales volume and revenues. The beneficiary will achieve a competitive advantage in the implementation of new technologies. The beneficiary will be able to export its products to other countries.

Project purpose:

The subject of the project is an advisory service to develop a short-term strategy – Export Development Plan. The project is carried out by the company Luxon sp. Z o.o., operating in the LED lighting industry since 2008 and aims to develop sales on foreign markets, which currently accounts for only about 9% of total sales. As this is an unsatisfactory level for the Applicant’s Management Board, it was decided to take actions that will definitely increase the share of exports in the company’s revenues. PRE development is one of the elements of the strategy of developing sales outside Poland.

Project description:

The project consists in developing the business of Luxon Sp. z o.o. for new, foreign markets. The aim of the project is to promote Luxon brand products on selected foreign markets and to increase the internationalization of the company through participation in foreign trade fairs and missions as well as additional activities such as training and consulting services.

Planned project effects:

Thanks to the implementation of the project’s goals, Luxon’s products and its image will become recognizable on the markets planned for promotion, thanks to which the company will be able to successfully launch its products for sale. The implementation of the project will allow to intensify trade ties with foreign partners, increase the recognition of the Luxon brand on foreign markets and increase the group of the company’s clients.
