Experience in direct sales (preferred industries: lighting, electro or tele -technical, air conditioning, construction),
Technical knowledge in the fields of lighting, building or construction industry ,
Knowledge of sales techniques,
Ease of learning new technical information,
Openness to business trips,
Good organization skills, committed and independent work style,
Excellent interpersonal approach and communication skills, work organisation and commitment,
Ease of establishing open personal relations.
